Fascia: The hidden web that holds us together

Most of us know how we move. We’re a skeleton wrapped in muscles which move everything about, right? Making those muscles stronger must make our movements stronger too. Only quite recently are we seeing that this view is incomplete. There is another ‘system’ at work - an elastic, fluid, all-encompassing network that gives us grace, stability and power…but also, if we ignore it, pain!
